If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within approximately two (2) weeks from the date of purchase.

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to product demand, inventory availability, holidays, weather events, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Leon Cote is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

Leon Cote does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at Info@LeonCoteUSA.com with your order number and supporting photographs.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
